Bosscuci Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of bosscuci Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the bosscuci account registration process or begin using any service provided by the bosscuci Platform. Continued use of the bosscuci Platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

Bosscuci reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the bosscuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration — bosscuci strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Be a real individual (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated agent) with a valid and verifiable identity.
• Not hold any other active bosscuci account, or any account that has been suspended or closed by bosscuci due to a terms violation.
• Own and use a payment method registered in your own name — bosscuci does not permit the use of payment accounts belonging to another person.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion programme at bosscuci or any other gambling platform.
• Not acting on behalf of or under the direction of any other party in any betting activity on bosscuci.

Bosscuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant documents, to verify a player's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) bosscuci account only. This includes one account per individual, per IP address, per device, per residential address, and per phone number. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

3 bosscuci Player Account

Your bosscuci account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your bosscuci account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensure that no other party can access your bosscuci account without your authorisation.
• Notify bosscuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your password has been compromised.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration and in your account profile is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

Bosscuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Always log out of your bosscuci account after each session, especially when using a device shared with others.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bosscuci supports a range of popular and trusted payment methods among Malaysian users. All financial transactions on bosscuci are subject to the following terms:

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, subject to limits set by the payment service provider.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same bosscuci member. bosscuci does not accept third-party deposits.
• Funds deposited into a bosscuci account do not accrue any interest.
• Bosscuci reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Bosscuci processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX are subject to the respective bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the member's name.
• Bosscuci reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending identity verification or source-of-funds confirmation, particularly for large amounts.
• Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of bugs, or violation of bosscuci's terms are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited.

5 bosscuci Bonuses & Promotions

Bosscuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM 288, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses, and special promotions tied to sporting events or festive occasions. All bosscuci bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is available to new bosscuci members only who have not previously held an account — one claim per individual, per IP address, per device, and per household.
• Bosscuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus will cancel any currently active bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash — they must be used for wagering in accordance with the stipulated terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bosscuci bonus system — including but not limited to hedge betting with bonus funds — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

6 bosscuci Casino Game Rules

The bosscuci platform offers a wide range of casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Casino Hold'em Poker, slots, and other live table games. The use of all bosscuci casino games is subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes generated by bosscuci's system or live dealers are final and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each bosscuci game is transparently stated and can be checked in the respective game information. Individual game results may vary significantly from the average RTP over the short term.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, bosscuci reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player. No additional compensation will be provided for technical disruptions beyond bosscuci's reasonable control.
• The use of any software, bots, or automated tools to play bosscuci casino games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during play. bosscuci is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 bosscuci Sports Betting Rules

The bosscuci Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, MLBB esports, NBA, tennis, motorsport, and over 30 other sports. The specific terms for bosscuci Sports Betting are as follows:

• All odds displayed on the bosscuci Sports Betting platform are in decimal format. Odds may change at any time before a match begins and during live play (in-play).
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation, except under specific circumstances outlined in the bosscuci betting rules.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion and not resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the wagered amounts refunded to players.
• Bosscuci reserves the right to limit betting limits or decline specific bets from certain players without providing a reason, based on bosscuci's internal risk assessment.
• Bets suspected of involving insider information or match fixing will be investigated and may be voided with winnings forfeited.
• For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other major football matches, bosscuci in-play odds are updated every 1.5 seconds. The odds accepted at the point of bet confirmation are the final odds for that bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct on bosscuci

Bosscuci players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bosscuci reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these bosscuci Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• At the player's own request to voluntarily close their account.
• Upon the player's own request through a self-exclusion programme.
• Based on an order or directive issued by a competent authority.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of terms by the player, any legitimate balance in that account will be returned to the player once the necessary investigation is complete. Accounts closed due to serious terms violations may result in the forfeiture of all balances with no right of appeal.

10 bosscuci Responsible Gaming

Bosscuci believes that gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. We are committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and supporting players who may be experiencing gambling-related issues.

The bosscuci platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — effective immediately once applied. Limit reductions take effect right away; increases require a 7-day waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period. bosscuci will block access to tables and betting once this limit is reached.
• Playing Break: Take a break from the bosscuci platform for 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or one month. During an active break, you will not be able to access any games or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: For more serious cases, players may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months or longer. This is a significant decision and bosscuci will honour it in full, without allowing early cancellation.

11 bosscuci Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bosscuci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes or bets.
• Platform disruptions or failures beyond bosscuci's reasonable control, including third-party server outages, connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the player during registration.

Bosscuci's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 bosscuci Terms & Conditions Amendment

Bosscuci reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or through a prominent notice on the bosscuci Platform at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the bosscuci platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the bosscuci platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
